Most of today's health problems are caused by stress.
We cannot perform our best at work or in relationships if we are in stress.
We do not always have any major psychological problem to consult a psychologist or a psychotherapist. But we can have enough worries and tensions to cause us discomfort in our daily life, if accumulated over the years can result into stress related problems like diabetes or blood pressure .
In today's hectic lifestyle the gym for the mind is as much needed as the gym for the body.
The way we know, that we need to walk for twenty minutes to fill the minimum of our daily exercise need, similarly we also know, that we need to meditate for twenty minutes to fill the minimum of our daily relaxation need. But the problem is in our demanding lifestyle of today, we cannot manage it on our own every day with proper discipline.
